BLOWS THE HULL OF A GLASS BOTLLE




FINAL REPORT

The present police investigation was initiated by executive order to establish the crime of attempted felony murder, as contained in the records that on May 7, 2011 at 19hs39min on Two Street, number 0, in a bar in Vila Nova Vincent, a unknown, for no apparent reason with blows from the hull of a glass bottle of beer. Then the author of the facts fled and the victim was rescued Municipal Hospital.
The research report points out the perpetrator, it is Alexandre dos Santos, as Alexander was arrested the next day for another attempted murder, as the fact was published in the Journal of general circulation the victim recognized the picture of the criminal in the Official and did not hesitate to recognize it (05 pgs). The victim's testimony, Celio dos Santos explains that the blows hull glass beer bottle struck by Alexander aimed to pierce the neck of Celio. The victim defended himself by putting his arm in front, suffered deep cuts on both arms. One of the blows to the head left the victim bathed in blood.
The author only escaped because he believed that the victim would die.
